2. Zinc alloy has great characteristics and good casting performance. It can die cast precision parts with complex shape and thin wall. The casting surface is smooth and can be subject to surface treatment: electroplating, spraying and painting. During melting and die casting, it does not absorb iron, corrode molding and stick mold. It has good mechanical properties and wear resistance at room temperature. Copper is easier to oxidize, with high process requirements and high labor cost, Therefore, the copper handle is more expensive than the zinc alloy handle.

 

Combining these two main factors, the same handle on the market, pure copper handle must be more expensive than zinc alloy handle.
